What a Wednesday... (T_T)

Hehe... Okie..

Bangun pagi agak keberatan nak pergi kerja, coz just heard of Ted's uncle just passed away. Al-fatihah. Tapi, they burried the body after Subuh, so memang tak sempat nak pergi tengok. Insya Allah kenduri tahlil kitorang datang.

Then, dah siap2 kemas-kemas nak keluar.. Angkat Iman yang still tido, salam Ted.. Pastu gi hall amek Iman's clothes bag, Iman's backpack and my handbag... terus keluar pintu, kunci pintu dari dalam... Sekali... Owh!! Damnn... i left my car keys + house keys kat dalams rumah! Nasibbaik before that dah bukak grill... Call Ted, tak angkat (biaselah balik kul 5pagi).. ketuk pintu dari luar sampai jiran keluar ingatkan gaduh laki bini... takde respon.. turun bawah... pi baling batu kat tingkap bilik... sambil tepon Ted.. sambil jerit "U... Abanggg" (ada pulak suara latar kecik "U....")

Akhirnya balingan ke-4... Ted tersedar, bukak tingkap... "U... i tertinggal kunci kat dalam rumah" huhu... that was 7.40am already... Aiyohhh...

Turun ke keramat, jalan agak jem-jem manje... takpelah... hantar Iman sampai skool.. Dah mentally prepared Iman akan nangis sebab dah 2 hari tak pegi skool (monday balik melaka ikut wema, Tuesday Iman tak sihat & buat stunt taknak pegi skool) huhu... Tapi ternyata anggapan ku salah... Iman dengan cool nya tak nangis bila masuk skool.. then bile teacher amik pun ok je tak nangis... paling terharu, siap babai2 mummy dengan muka tak sedih (T_T)

Dah terharu2 tengok Iman steady gi skool (good girl baby! :)), sekali nak kuar from Setiawangsa dah jam... huhu punya stress smp tersalah masuk kat wangsa maju which i supposed to go thru' DUKE, tapi tersalah masuk jalan lalu jalan biasa... End up 20 mins jammed @ Setapak... Masuk thru' Sentul, jem pulak 10mins at Sentul... Pastu dapat msg area bangsar jem lagi teruk sbb ade bangunan terbakar... okie, en-route pegi federal, again stuck in jam for 20mins.. hehehe... Sampai kat opis 9.45am... Wahhhh!!! Selambe badak... huhuhu sorry boss...

And now smp opis tetibe rase loye-loyeee...... Apekahhh!

Yummeeyy..

Hehe, remember my new year 2012 resolution... To cook at least once every weekend.. hehe... I did! so far lah.. ;p

So yesterday (since Saturday we went to Gombak, so i took a day off.. haha), i cooked 2 meals.

1 for Ted and 1 for me.. Baby makan sesame.. Hehe..

So for Ted, i cooked Kangkung Ikan Bilis & Ayam masak sweet sour.. Wahhh.. Tapi ayam sweet sour gua cheating guna perencah Seri Aji.. hahaha ;p Kasi chance baru nak blajar masak... Hehe... Ted makan siap bertambah.. Alhamdulillah :)

So, for me.. i cooked Spaghetti Oglio Olio... First time & from scratch.. Hehe.. tak guna perencah.. :P (kalau ni pun nak guna perencah tatau lah..) Rasa dah ada... cuma tak cukup bahan... boleh improvised lagi nak tambah lemon zest sikit & brocoli.. we see how... hehe...

And the best part is... Baby prefer this compared to nasik! Hehe.. yeay... that means mummy can cook this for both of us.. yeay.. senang.... heheheh ;P

Travelling Blanket Going to UK (Part 4) ~ Road Trip Day 3 & 4

Okie... So, kita sambung lagik eak... Lil Iman is at school, Ted the Papa is at work... i'm here all alonee... hehehe

After having some shopping at Chesire Oak, we headed to Manchester.. Yeah! We stayed at The Travelodge Ashton Under Lyne, Manchester. Sampai je, it was almost 6pm, so we checked in and having dinner in house. haha...

The next day was our Stadium Day.. We had mission! :p

First, we went to check out Mama's old University doing his degree -

University of Salford and the Salford Shopping City.... The shopping city okie lah... hehe ade Argos! and then ade kedai 1 pound. hehehe... and yeah! another thing... lupe... ade Charity store for Cancer where they sold nice things at cheaper prices!

After that, with glorious feeling we went to the Old Trafford Stadium... :) Wee.. stadium kebanggaan peminat Manchester United & rakyat Malaysia... hahaha...

It was raining when we arrived. So, terus masuk kedai Mega Store nya...

Then after that, we went to the Red Cafe, lepak2 sambil merasai suasana mase game ade.. haha...

By the time we finished eating & went out, the rain already stopped.. huhu...

Before sampai UK, we've dreaming to have a tour in the Stadium which only cost 13 pound/17 pound.. Tapi, bila dah sampai ke tempat kejadian, tetiba tak jadi. Ted didn't feel like wanna take a tour unless there's game, Angah already been there before, Papa sudah kepenatan melayan Meme.. huhu... Only left me & nini... Last2 tak masuk... aiseh.. hehe.. berangan amek gbr depan stadium pun jadiklah... hehe...

After the stadium, we decided to take a tour around the city... Manchester city ni.. buildingnya a bit gothic-like...

Agreed kan? Hehe... But, the city was busy... nak carik parking pun susah jugak + jauh from the places we wanna go.. mana lagi... primark & hard rock cafe.. huhu... Last2 we just mengelilingi city in our cars... But, if you wanna feel to be in a metropolitan city, come to Manchester..

After that, we the youngsters went for fish & chips searching... Found this one halal food restaurant... And ordered a lot! Haha... Sampai Ane tu bagi skali Cheesy pizza for free! But! he forgot our tandoori chicken... huhuh takpelahh...

Oopss.. tp time beli i just stayed in car sbb batuk yang sangat teruk sampai muntah2... hahaha.. tulah... tegar sangat asal beli air nak fanta / latte and it's ice! amek...

Okie.. so after spending 2 nites in Manchester, we're going north.. errr.. ke east.. haha.. but we're going to North Wales ~ Conwy Castle & Snowdonia..

When u saw this signage, double language, you're definitely on the right track to North Wales.. Hehe..

Memang small giler but it has 2 floors. Ni ground floor. And it has a very steep leader to the upper floor.

The upper floor - only small space for bed & toilet. Kalau tido lasak2 boleh tergolek jatuh tangga terus... hihi

Dah habih menjelajah rumah kecik tu... we hang out at the outside.

After dah lepak ambil angin sampai sejuk2... teruskan jalan2 at the town... Untuk pergi ke kedai The Award Winning Fish & Chip :)

Lepas lepak2 sat, we went to Betws-y-Coed... Supposed nak carik The Ugly House in Snowdonia..

Which during the 15th Century in which if they built a house with complete walls/roof they can claim for the freehold, so this house was built overnight so the owner could claim the freehold. U can read further.. But, carik punya carik tak jumpa jalan... i guess the GPS we used hadn't registered it yet... hehehe... So, we just carik the nearest town. Tempat yang kitorang singgah ni is a railway station & mcm small town jugak lah... hehe... rehat2 lunjurkan kaki before heading to Chester for overnight :)

Hahaha... Iman dah selamat bermain at Tokma's hse.. Ted is tapauing lunch for us... N i'm alone in the hse.. jadinya.. bolehla nak online & upload UK's pic in FB. hehehe... sungguhla malas kan... nk uplod kat fb pun dh 2 bulan baru sempat... huhu... samelah dengan penceritaan kat sini yang nampak gayenya smp tahun depan baru leh habih... Kiki....

Hurm... Next week, Lil Iman will be at her new school. Huhu tatau la aper nak jadi.. Hopefully she's doing fine :) Hehe saje jer nak bgtau i'm online on weekend!

Travelling Blanket Going to UK..(Part 3) ~ Road Trip Day 1 & 2

Hehe... Mari gigihkan diri utk habiskan cerite ini.. :P (panjang laggii)

I need to share this, so that sometimes in the future, i could read & embrace the moments while i was there... :)

So, on the 3rd day ~ 10 Oct, we went for our road trip.. We're going north.. hehe..

Oh lupe! It was my sis's birthday!

Happy Birthday Anggahh!! Muuaahhh~~!! hehe

Okie.. Our trip to UK was also a trip to go down the memory lane.. Hehe..

So, most the places we went were to refresh our memory and like balik kampung..

That Monday morning, we picked up our rent car at SixT near Edgware Rd. naik tube... Iman was so sleepy that day... sampai terhilang2 puting die...

On the way to SixT office. Baru turun Tube... hehe...

Here in UK, banyak statue macam ni.. so, it's fun to take photos with 'them'. :)

To rent a car here, we dun have to take international license, since we're also driving on the right side as in M'sia. The rental fees are also reasonable, for 7 days, we paid only RM 1,124.83 for V70 Volvo. plus RM 560.67 (For full coverage on damage - mcm insurans gak. + additional drivers). We used my CC for booking & registered my name as the driver. Tapi, after the booking I had 2 accidents (langgar lori + langgar motor) so, my family freaked out takut nnt i terlanggar kereta org tu.. chaihh!! hahah... so, registered Ted's name as the additional driver. Melepas peluang nak driving at UK. :P

Owh! Tapi... since we're driving at the town on congestion hours, kena lah congestion fees £10. Huhu..

After some drama to load all our luggage in the boots, off we went to Hull. The journey took around 3hours plus... but, since we're not in hurry, we stopped by at the Welcome Break / Services. (mcm R&R kat sini)...

Hull was our first road trip's pit stop. We lived at Hull when Mama pursuing her Master studies at University of Hull. Hull is a port, so the weather was damn cold! hehe.. sampai jer, we're literally freezing with the coldness... :P

First stop, is of course the University of Hull.

The next morning, we went to the neighborhood, tgk rumah lama & then baru gerak to York Castle..

After we'd refreshed ourselves, we continue our journey to Manchester.. But before that, we singgah sebentar at the Chesire Oak... The infamous Branded Outlet..

Yeah.. we'd arrived at the Chesire Oak... Rasanya lebih kurang mcm our JPO jugak (i've never been there yet) huhu

Of course we went to the Fossil outlet... hehe..

And, after that, with some pounds poorer (:P) we headed to Manchester! Yeah.. the land of Glory! Glory! Man United... :)

Okie.. enough with this entry... Continue tomorrow with from Manchester to North Wales to Chester to Birmingham to Bath and back to London... Fuhh!! I dunno.. maybe i need to cut short some of the entries.. :P See ya!

2012

U know what... i thot i managed to post entries on the UK trip this weekend... i'm so wrong.. hehehe...

First, Lil Groovy Baby was down with diarrhea... Not serious, tapi lepas makan mesti poo.. so, i was busy with diapers changing routine.. hehehe... luckily Ted is soo very helpful.. :)

Secondly, when i'm not busy chaning the diapers, i'm busy watching x'mas movies on telly.. while reading Julie/Julia.. Waahh.. i bought this book early 2011, and still hadn't finished it off. i dunno.. adoii... I must finish the book before 2012. Hehe... Coz, i have another 2 books to finish off before i could buy a new one.. So, i have to finish all book latest by Feb 2012. Hehe..

Okie.. i just realize that i hadn't have a so-called resolution for 2011. That's why this year i was quite lost.. Heheh.. Sometimes, i didn't write it here but i wrote it in my diary.. but this year 2011, i didn't write anywhere... Huhuhu.. I guess my post labour blues didn't end yet.. hehe...

Baru-baru ni baru tersedar.. i can't be like this, macam lost... Huhu...

Yupe, i had achieved some of my dream before.. but, i need to have a new dream to keep my life moving.. :) Okie, so here, InsyaAllah my 2012 resolution..

First: We have to buy house in 2012. (Need to get it or else the monthly payment will be higher)

Second: I want to cook at least once a day every weekend.. Huhu.. (Kesian baby, slalu mkn luar.. hehe...)

Third: I have to post entry on my blog at least once a week. Hehe.. Just to keep my mind working...

Fourth: I have to read new book at least once every month..

Fifth: We have to go for a holiday trip at least twice in 2012. Hehe..

Sixth: I want to give more money to my parents.. InsyaAllah...

Ok, that's it setakat ni... hehehe... My resolution for next year is to be re-branding myself.. :D

Alhamdulillah... the 'thing' is nearing to the end.. InsyaAllah, Allah will help & guide me to get through this. :)
